Which I hold with utmost care.
My future husband do I bring

A righteous man who seeks your face.
A caring man with a warm embrace.
A gentle man who harbors a kind soul.
Let him be a man of integrity.
Let him know to take responsibility.
That's what I want in the man for me.
A man who will love me with his whole heart
But will never place me above Your part.
In cwhich I'll do the same with him.
He will help me grow in You
And I'll help him do it too.
By his side will I stay.
Looks don't matter much to me
As long as in his eyes it's You i see.
But lastly Lord I want him to be
The man of God You've made for me.
I ended up writing this poem in the middle of church one day. I was going to ask my friend Jessica and my youth pastor Angie to help me to write music to make it a song, but we never got around to it. This describes what I am looking for in my future husband. It's not everything, but it is alot of it.

I'd pray the same prayer like that...but it's amazing to know He'd give me someone totally different with the same prayer. (Of course someone other than your future husband! You know what I mean. Hehe.)
